Hello,
I would like to know if you used wp3 custom menu with qTranslate successfully?
I am just about to release 4 new child themes that will function with the new wp3 menu and qtranslate.
I am currently testing this setup, so far I have managed to get it to work, so I would say yes to your question
I have just added a tutorial and fix for the new menu system to work with qtranslate here WordPress 3 add descriptions to menu items with qtranslate
